Privacy Policy
Socialift respects the privacy of its users. This policy explains what data the Socialift website, dashboard and SDK licensing service collect, what it is used for, how tokens of connected accounts are stored and how to request deletion.

What data we collect
Account: if you sign in with Google — email, name and profile picture; if you register with email — email, name and password (stored hashed).
Technical data: for site visitors — IP address, browser and device type, language, time zone, screen size, referrer and page; when an SDK licence activates — a device identifier, SDK and Python versions and IP address; counts of dashboard and API calls per endpoint.
Payments: top-up requests, transfer amount and time, and balance transactions.
Data obtained through connected accounts: profile details, Lead Ads leads (name, phone, email, form answers and ad context) and subscribed webhook events (comments, messages, Telegram bot updates) — stored on the server to provide the service.
How data is used
Your data is used to provide the service, manage your account and support you; technical data is also used for security and statistics.
We do not sell your data to third parties.
Social network tokens
Tokens for the social networks you connect (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, Telegram), including Telegram account sessions and bot tokens, are stored encrypted on the server, never sent to the browser, and used only for operations you request and for processing subscribed webhook events (for example, fetching a new Lead Ads lead).
If you add your own developer app keys (Meta, Instagram Login, LinkedIn, TikTok, Telegram api_id/api_hash) on the “Kalitlar” (Keys) page of the dashboard, their secret parts are also stored encrypted and used only to run your connections, to verify the key with the provider, and to verify signatures of your app's webhooks.
Disconnecting accounts and deleting data
When you disconnect an account in the dashboard it is deactivated; leads and content records linked to it are kept. You can request full deletion at hello@socialift.uz.
